I'm sure you are using them for web cam chats............
If not, return them and get a regular set of gaming headphones: Logitech - Stereo PC Gaming Headset - 980231-0403

according to the lx3000 website, they should be capable of playing any audio:
"Hold clear, private Internet voice calls, enjoy music and movies, and become fully immersed in your games."
one thing i noticed is that they are usb headphones, meaning they are their own soundcard and totally bypass your physical sound card. that said, when you plug them in, windows probably recognizes them as a new sound device. depending on the game you are trying to play, you may need to specify which audio device to use (if thats an option).
if the headphones came with software, you may need to install that as well.
imo, usb headphones =

hind sight is 20/20 and the return factor is a bustr as I got them from one of those "Factory Direct" stores.. only exchange for nothing better at their store..
Yes to the USB thing.. I will mess around with them some more but the software that came with them didn't do anything to help <yet>
thanks for the info though guys

I love my USB headset. Though that means one less USB port.

This is probably your problem, most games allow you to choose the device in the audio setup, so if you are going to use these 100% of the time and not speakers you can yank out that audigy card.

but unfortunately, I have a 5.1 surround system that has a HUge *** sub so we use the PC as our Stereo system... not very good if only one person can hear it and has to be sitting at the desk
