2-3x 6oz cans Tomato Paste

1/2 cup crated Cheese
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4cup parsley

Start simmering 2 cans crushed tomatoes with a few leaves of basil. Cover on medium heat.

Brown in frying pan pork, veal, and sausage with two cloves garlic takes about 15 mins.. add to simmering sauce.

Meatballs
Mix ground beef with grated cheese, seasoned bread crumbs 2 whole eggs, garlic, parsley, salt/pepper. Meatballs should be about 1 1/2 in diameter. Brown in the same pan as pork and veal.

Put Meatballs in bowl and wait for sauce to simmer about 45mins to an hour before adding to sauce.

Put the rest of the garlic and 2-3 cans of tomato paste in the same frying pan with a can of water and stir. When it darkens add to the simmering sauce. (takes about 35 mins)

When oil comes to the surface, the sauce is ready to serve.

Makes the sauce more authentic by adding old school
flavour and thickness to the sauce...just like momma used to make !

What kind of noodles do you typically have this on Mac?
