I could never handle more than 2 minutes of that show,

That show was the one thing I watched whenever it was on while I lived in the States. It helped me hold on to my Canadian identity. Well ok, the Red Green show and This Hour has 22 minutes.

Here's to hoping he enjoys his retirement
