Star Wars Boxset(all 6 films)...11/1/05

I just read on the force.net this:

6 Star Wars DVDs in the Fall

According to sources for ComingSoon.Net, we'll be seeing 6 different Star Wars DVD releases on November 1st of this year. It looks like you can buy the final movie separately, buy the prequels together or buy all six films in a complete set. Whether or not this is the "definitive release" of the complete saga is unknown, but we can sure hope for a pile of new extras. Here's the list we were given:

Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (Widescreen) 11/1
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (Full Screen) 11/1
Star Wars Episodes I-III (Widescreen) 11/1
Star Wars Episodes I-III (Full Screen) 11/1
Star Wars Episodes I-VI (Widescreen) 11/1
Star Wars Episodes I-VI (Full Screen) 11/1

If this holds true, which will you be picking up? Do you think that there will be more special features to entice people to rebuy them, or will they be the same material just all packaged together?

I am definetly getting the Episodes I-VI(Widescreen..duh).

oh...i'm sure this will not be the definitive release. that will come some time after everyone has bought these. then he will do an extra special edition release. once everyone has purchased each possible version, he will finally release the set that includes the original trilogy (non special edition) because thats the version everyone really wants. =P

ill get the full 6 widescreen, i have none right now so i might as well, i wonder how much the full set is gonna cost, probably like 100+ dollers

I already have Eps 1 & 2 on DVD. I have the special editions on VHS. So I will probably just end up buying EP 3 when it comes out on DVD by itself. Ill pick up the original trilogy DVDs soo enough. I dont really mind the extras too much since I usually only view them once.

all 6 are going to be really ****ing expensive. well over $100. glad i already have 4-6 on DVD as well as II. now all i need is I and III

I have 4-6 and 1. Ah screw it, I will buy the boxset of all 6 and sell the other ones on ebay.
