Watch International TV over internet - Free
Here is a free internet site that broadcasts a huge selection of International TV stations over the internet (Including the Neatherlands, Canada, and many others... )

MyEasyTV.com Online TV - Watch TV Online for Free - Sports, Movies, News, Music and more!

Once you select a country on the left nav bar, you can then select the stations they carry. Once the broadcast starts, you can double click it to run full screen.

Some of the channels look almost standard broadcast quality on the new MCE PC I built and have connected to my 42" TFT TV.

Actually, the best one to watch in Europe is RTL (Radio Television Luxemborg). They used to have a Stripping Game show years ago.
