That is a nice rig indeed. Without the sofa though what will you use for seating?

Pam and I have been talking about getting an RV. I would really like one with the rear compartment where you can strap a motorcycle down to but those are mainly designed and made for weekend trips to a race track. I would want to be able to take the bike and tow a small car behind it not on a trailer. Can't really afford the huge ones with the drive in rear.

Your gonna have alot of fun in that smiley. So much more convenient than trying and finding a place.

RV parks are a blast to vaca in. We have rented RV's a few times now for trips and some of my more memorable parts of the trip were staying at the parks. Especially in Colorado.

DMW, to me the couch was just taking up space. Those front seats swivel to face the rear, I could also sit in the dinette. When camping I rarely sit inside anyway, camping is for doing stuff outside. Until now we've always used a large 2 room tent, so the only seating was the picnic table outside. We extremely rarely use hotel/motel rooms when traveling.

Lopo, once the wife's Smart car and the motorhome loans are paid off. If I still have a job at the end of next year we should be sitting good to start the JK project.

The son-in-law that did the welding on the motorhome is the one I had originally bought the TJ jeep from, then I changed it He wants to buy it back very badly now since he finally went for a thrill ride on the dunes a month ago. He could not believe it was the same jeep because the suspension soaked up everything
