3- Instead of hitting "Search" hit "I'm feeling Lucky"

Oh that Easter egg has been around for a while. Basically a bunch of bloggers get together and setup key words in their blogs to generate the top result in google. Blogs have really screwed up the results in search engines lately IMO.
