LDS or Impaired
Hey LDS what kind of helmet/knee/elbow pads you were when you go bike riding on the trails? 4 of us guys from working are thinking of starting to go ride some trails (we are all fat and need to get in shape).

Impaired get LDS on here to read this .

I think LDS does downhill... if your going to be riding downhill then pads would be a good idea.. I cross country and you don't need pads for that.

I'm imagining LDS doing downhill.

Plasma screen HUD display, split keyboard on each handlebar for fast and efficient command center control of bike hi-tech on-board equipment, reclining/adjustable/motorized bycicle seat, digitally controlled pneumatic adjustable struts & shock absorbers installed for a smooth ride, just to name a few gadgets he would have installed as LDS standard equipment.
