Spring is here
I pulled the Jeep out of winter storage and dropped it off to be repaired for the engine not running once warmed up problem.

So that means that officially Spring has come to West Michigan

Doesn't feel like spring here to me... Lately everything is a dark cloudy day... we had some additional work added to our back yard project and the cost of concrete has gone up AGAIN... our new estimate came back at 7k.... ARRRRRRGGHHHH! Our sewage line was fixed and that ran us 1500. This is going to be an expensive year at the DMW house. I think I am going to have to sell something..... maybe the wife.

LB is looking for a girlfriend, maybe he would be interested if there is a discount . . .

He never visits here anyway so this will go without comment from him - he stinks.

And our West Michigan area has more cloudy days per year than Seattle, so the couple days of sunshine with 45-50 degrees we had lately are a blessing to us living in the cold dark.

Yep, thinking about cracking open my wallet and having someone put in a shed, deck, and fence. Maybe actually use our backyard for the first time in 5 years!
Hard to spend the cash when you are not sure how long you want to stay.
Will not likely get the cash back when selling in this neighbourhood. Prices top out at a level no matter what you spend on the place!

My soul needs mother nature!!
I'm seriously considering getting a couple of ATVs this spring and heading for the hills as often as possible. I need to find a way to burn off some steam that doesn't include alcohol and parking lots. I'm getting to old for that type of behavior. ;P

The weather right now is just about perfect for outdoor enjoyment. High 60s along the front range.
Serious cabin fever.
