Didn't happen.
I have had 2 bids this week.
A guy and his wife wanted a showing ahead of the open house this weekend.
(the open was a ploy to put pressure on the 1st guy)
My Realtor said they have done a ton of research on the house.
Well........ they came, they saw, they met my asking price, with me paying 3K of their closing, plus they don't have a mower, so, they wanted mine.
This after I rejected the 1st guy's 2nd offer.
I accepted the deal minus my cub cadet, it's now 1 year old and I paid $5700.oo for it, sorry, that ain't happening, the Realtor said that won't hold up the deal.
Now, get this, they made the offer.......... they did NOT even know I said no, not with my mower. And at 7:05 am this morning my agent said she got a call from them saying it will be to hard on her going up and down the basement steps to run her business??? WTF??
She does seamstress work on the side.
Now, what kind of IDIOT loves the house, bids full price, minus the 3K and mower almost instantly. And then backs out of the deal within 12 hours.............................
Every house I know of that has a basement, has steps.
WTF, you idiots think there was an elevator in this house.
Hell no, you just got done looking at it.
I was flabbergasted.......upset.............. pi$$ed............... now just flat MAD!
Wife talked to the Realtor tonight, I went golfing, it's a good thing I wasn't here to answer that phone call......
