Ok my laptop says it has bluetooth wireless capability but when I try to connect a bluetooth phone it says it cant connect. I downloaded software from hp's website that is supposedly an upgrade and it tells me to enable bluetooth. I go into services and its enabled and I click on connect to bluetooth device and everything is set their as well so I am at a loss as what else to check. I am beginning to think that this laptop that has supposed bluetooth wireless doesnt have it at all. I am not sure what symbol would be used for bluetooth either..... I see what I believe is a bluetooth port on the side so I am assuming I need to buy a blootooth adapter since this laptop is most likely not bluetooth wireless like it says it was when I bought it.
that being said, just because both devices are bluetooth doesn't mean they will play together.

if it is running you will see a blue icon with red B symbol on it, at least that is how my HP laptop is, also, my phone doesn't talk with my laptop if that makes ya feel any better.
