Finally finished bioshock....

Started back in September, played off and on but kept coming back to it....

Gets my vote for most original, best SP game quality wise with a real storyline, imaginative environment, pure creativity, crackerjack graphics, good interface, etc etc.

They put some real work into that one, and it was worth every penny.

Now I may have to buy another game

Still plugging thru it myself.
Definately an intriguing SP game.

Did you save the children?

Hats off to you Dutchie! I got the game quite a while ago and I just went through the first 20 minutes or so looking at the scenery. I meant to get back to it but my work schedule is really eating up my gaming time. I've been picking up most of the new games that come along in hopes that I'll get a chance to play them eventually but right now I seem to be the goto guy when it comes to covering my coworkers vacation time along with my own night shift duties...alas, I whine. I have gotten quite a ways through Hellgate: London mostly because it seems to be mindless hack and slash (think Diablo on steroids) and from a first person point of view. I'm also finding that I have no patience with constantly changing out CD/DVDs to play the different games...must be getting old. But playing any game to completion anymore is quite the accomplishment.

I got this game from Gamefly and played it for one evening. I had nightmares and it hit the mail the very next day. I've never been so disturbed by a game. I think the part that got me was when you fight the first boss. You're in a dentist room and bodies keep appearing around you; not attacking you or anything, just sitting or standing there. It SO creeped me out.

The style of the surroundings reminded me of the old Myst game.

Barney, I would suggest getting No-CD patches so that you don't have to keep feeding those disks.
