Which Camera
Ok I realize I really dont want to do this but I won some tickets to see the Detroit Lions play basketball against one of the Local Fire Departments. I will most likely bring my second oldest son since my oldest got to do it 2 years ago along with a football for skyler to have the Lions sign :d. Anywho I am thinking this should be a good oportunity for me to get a camara to take pictures of him getting them signed etc etc etc. I still need to talk this over with Wildflower as I am really hesitant to actually buy one as Smiley knows why. Or should I just buy one of those throw away cameras?

I know smiley recommended I get the d40 but its been a couple months since I last talked to him about it. I am leaning towards a throw away camera and waiting until I get further out of debt before getting a decent camera but its just tempting grr I hate decisions lol.

I agree with MT, borrow mine. Mrs Smiley already slammed in on the sidewalk so I'm not worried about scratches on the case

Now you can try out the D40 and see if you like it I love mine. I would go with the 2 lens kit if you decide to buy one.

Yupper, mine's a D50.

The D40 has an improved D50 imager inside a smaller body.

The D40x, while it has more pixels than the D40, has the older D80 imager. So it is slower and actually takes a little less quality pics. But people buy it because it has more pixels. heh.
