thanks, i think we were very lucky especially now not having a lawn to mow . and i have what the wife calls a man cave in the basement, not sure its big enough for a lan but the screened in porch was originally used for party's...

just need to finish moving and sell the other house.

looks like you have a big garage for lan room..... computers in garage/screened porch/man cave .
