uninstal microsoft updates

Ok how do I figure out what the auto microcrap update installed? It installed some stuff yesterday and now my internet on my computer only is screwed up and not working properly.

Go to control panel, Add/Remove programs, and check box "show updates" or something like that. The updates should then be shown in the list. I believe the ones in the list are supposedly the ones you can uninstall. Of course, uninstalling them may cause greater problems.

What's really nice is that some of the updates can't be uninstalled, and Who the F$ck knows which ones???

If you are doing restore points, and have one before the updates, I'd go that way.

I approach MS F&ckupdates this way. Auto updates are ALWAYS shut off. I manually do each update. I research the updates on MS Unknolwedge base and forums before I install them. Kept me out of trouble so far. Knock on wood, etc.

well I found 3 of them and uninstalled. fixed the internet issue for now. we shall see for how long though. Whats fudged up about the update is I do have auto update turned off so I dont know why it auto updated.

Some security/antivirus/spam, etc. software will override the auto update and run the auto updates anyway.
