A relatively easy way to get all of the announcements like those is to set up an Instant Action game against Average (or Novice) bots in ONS-Gallipoli1915.
Dumping Flak grenades onto their node in the trench on the other side of the shield, while they are powering it up, yields amazing results.
If you don't have it, ONS-Gallipoli1915 is available on the Deviants' website at:

I noticed they've changed what the announcer says from normal UT; though I'm pretty sure it's not pronounced "jib" (listen closely and he says "instajib" and not "gib).

We (the Unreal community) have been fighting over the hard "g", soft "g" pronunciation since at least 1999. I have been, and remain, a devotee of the the soft "g" pronunciation. "jib" is correct.

gib·let [jib-lit]
–noun Usually, giblets. the heart, liver, gizzard, and the like, of a fowl, often cooked separately.
[Origin: 1275–1325; ME < OF gibelet a stew of game; cf. F gibelotte rabbit stew ]

I agree with you Jonah on the correct pronunciation but I still say it with the hard g. It just doesn't sound right with the soft g to me. Let's call the whole thing off! (Warning! Obscure reference)
