I had no doubts Blong but the young'uns were taking out the drag in a serious way. Cutting the line seemed like the most compassionate thing that could be done.

Yes, thats the GWS version. I love the batteries and brushless motor setup. Very quiet and lots of flying time. Its hard for us old farts to see those damn planes up in the sky I am thinking Biplane next, or perhaps a big bomber?

LOL...I get a few RC Airplane magazines and I always chuckle cause the older the guy next to the plane, the bigger the plane is. There's probably two reasons..poorer eyesight, and the older guys as a group tend to have a little more cash.
The brushless motor lithium battery combo is making its way subsantially into the big planes, like 1/5 and 1/4 scale with performance equal to fuelers. Not cheap though, but helluva alot cheaper and better than it was.

its like 32" wing span. all molded foam and fairly tough. Nice thing about the electric is a throttle control. Full speed, it leaps out of your hand. Runway take off's no problem. I am having difficulty landing it because it lands a lot different then the top wing trainer I have (

Well model building is fun. Repairing the planes are fun. Flying is fun and exciting. Crashing.... Well here is my new plane. My oldest son built most of it. Great project of him and I - BTW, this is the first Bird of Prey I think
