Just bought King Ramli his first car
Well, my son, King Ramli, who is 15, has his permit, and learning to drive, just got his first car.
I bought him a 1995 Chrysler Lebaron GTC convertible. Got it for $1. Paid $34.42 for the Title, Registration, Plates, and taxes. A friend of mine got it from his mom a few years ago, and offered it to me for my son.
It has only minor nicks and scratches, no rust, and needs a good bath, inside and out. It's at a friends shop who is rebuilding the 4 speed auto transmission, replacing seals, and the serpentine belt, all for $800, under the table of course... My mechanic friend says it is in great shape for the year it is, and for the 94K miles it has on it.
I should have it back next Friday so the son and I can start cleaning the beast, and fixing a few minor loose plastic pieces on the interior.

good starter car. from my experience just coming from that age it's best to start them out on a cheap car. at some point something will happen and it's best to learn that lesson on something that doesnt cost much and won't go very fast, lol.
