help me decide...

i know its my choice in the long run, but im looking at a few different cars

1) Acura TSX, base price around 28,000
comes standard with leather, bluetooth handsfree, heated seats, sunroof, 6speed mt, 205hp
2) Subaru WRX TR, base price around 24,000
no luxary at all...feal every bump, but very fun to drive. 224 hp, ~200 torque
3) Nissan Altima 3.5SE (already put a "Refundable" 200$ deposite down on this car) base price around 24,000 - 26,000 with sport package which has foglights and sunroof added
very rare, with the exact color, and type, 6 speed manual, 273hp, Dark Slate exterior, Charcoal cloth interior

im also getting BJ's to do their little iner circle member rewards and price hunt for me, on thoes cars. i am also going to do the consumer reports thing for 14$ on both car to see what the base price is.......

anyone have any ups or downs for any of these cars?

Dude, you live in Taxechusettes... Traffic jams won't let you use those cars to thier full potential. Plus, no place to park them in Bahstan.... Even the "T" can out run all of those!

With all those MassHoles there, here is a better choice of car for you, as in "Bang for the Buck": http://www.nissanusa.com/versa/

BTW, my little sister still lives there, and I lived there once, so, I can call them MassHoles!

lol, im getting the car for the fun factor @ this point, want a car for style , and some luxury, i want a good mix between the 2.

I live no where near boston , the only time i drive into boston, i have the company van... around here (central Mass) theres alot of open backroads, and wide open highways ..... (395 - speed limit 65, flow of traffic moves @ 90)

Cool, well, knowing the winter weather there, I'd go with the Subaru WRX TR.

Those cars are at different ends of the spectrum. However, the TSX and Altima would go up against each other. The WRX on the other hand....is in a different class than the other two..... If you want another option that will give you good winter driving performance as well and fit into the Altima/TSX class, look at the Suby Legacy 2.5GT Sedan

You forgot to factor gas in here, the TSX and the Suby will require 91 Oct, Nissan gives the "91 Octane is recommended" for the altima.

Doesn't sound bad now... but that 20-30 cents extra per gallon will add up, especially with gas prices predicted to hit $4 this summer.

Did you look at the Mazda 3 or the Mazda 6?

The subaru legacy 2.5GT is such a rare car, ive been looking for it though, they stopped production of the 2007, cause they are already rolling out 2008 models. i def would prolly want the subaru, mainly because its AWD, plus the subaru scene is awesome, with NASIOC. ive been to a few subaru meets, its just a fun crowd of people. http://wickedbigmeet.com/

i was on my way to the mazda dealership when i stopped at the nissan dealership, found the exact car i was looking for from them.... with the dark slate exteriour. never made it to mazda, but its a GM car, and dunno how their reliability is compaired to acura/nissan.

i have looked @ the gas ratings, but most cars now that you want to use for perfomance, you usually want to put at least 91 in anyways, which ive been doing for the past 3 years with my VW Passat.

the legacy is about in the same price range as the Acura TSX, i havnt been able to find it to test drive it and see how it is though.

Negative, Ford owns Mazda..but the underpinnings are Mazda and shared with the Volvo, can't think of the model at the moment. The next Ford Focus will use these underpinnings, so you can't knock reliability.

I love my 2005 Ford Focus ZX4 ST. I dumped my 2002 Passat Turbo for it. Much more fun to drive. It has the 2.3l Mazda motor.

Oh, and it uses 87 octane instead of 91 that the Passat did. I also get an average of 26 to 28MPG city too. Passat only got 22mpg average city.

I have to say I love my Acura RL. Performance is great 300hp, luxury top notch and the technology is so cool.

I would also consider the Nissan Maxima SE Dyna

they are willing to sell for 25,200. which is 3500 under msrp, think i can go lower? it has 422 miles on it, mainly from driving from one dealership to another, has a couple small surface scratches on the hood.
