I found that 5.5 psi worked best for me in the paddle tires. I normally run 5 psi front and 4 psi rear in the Goodrich tires on the sand.

And those roostertail throwing dragsters normally run "Taller Hauler" paddles with 2" tall scoops. Mine were Hookers with 1.5" scoops and the top 1/2" was tearing off from folding backwards, that was why I got them cheap used. I cut off that 1/2" and the remaining 1" paddles are just right for my stock I6 Of course stroking the I6 will probably happen next winter
