pretty much. the new album (the return of dr octagon) has some hit and miss stuff (he gets real, "out there", sometimes), the good stuff is really good, but the bad stuff is pretty bad. his first album (dr. octagon) is pretty solid all the way through. there is also a spin off album called dr. octagonecologyst that is basically an instrumental version with just the beats.

I had that problem with the Dr. Octagon song, but the rest were fine... and I didn't have my bandwidth hammered at all.

hmm so maybe it has to do with youtube then????? I am using 100kB/s of upload so I assumed that was it though thats not maxing out my connection.

I played other youtube vidoes with out an issue, so perhaps something odd with just that one
