It's Done.

Today marks the first day that I feel comfortable in saying the the site is feature complete (Heater says so too, you jsut can't hear him). All the functionality that I was aiming for is now in place. While there may be some tweaks here and there and possibly a new theme I am done adding pieces and parts to the site.

I would like to say thank you to everyone who has helped us test and put up with our mid day code changes. In the 2 plus years, we haven't had any downtime that wasn't scheduled, I am pretty happy about that.

So, the last update is complete, a new Gallery is now in place.

This new gallery is a purchased mod, and was done with money donated to the board. Big thank you to everyone who made that possible.

The new gallery has a bunch of features, I will list a few off the top, please feel free to ask questions.

• Upload multiple files at a time. This can be done by selecting 4 files at a time through the dialog box or putting all your files into a zip and upload the zip. The board will unzip them and give you a chance to enter the picture info. (There is a 16mb limit on the zip file size)
• Once uploaded the pictures can be flipped and rotated so they are positioned correctly.
• We are able to watermark images, if would like to have a watermark on your images PM me and I will let you know what I need from you.
• Once the picture is uploaded you can scroll to the bottom of the picture and URL that can be used for sharing the pictures. If you want to put a picture in a post use the Linked Thumbnail url and paste into your post. It will display a thumbnail that is linked to a larger picture.

• Personal Galleries, you can now create your own galleries (and sub-galleries) that only you can can post to, as well you can make them private if you like. To create one, click on Gallery across the top and then on the left hand side about 1/4 of the way down on the page click My Albums.
  
• There is a full commenting system that goes with each picture. Entering comments about a picture counts towards your post count.

There are more features but that is the big ones. Let me know if you have any questions or problem. I will be writing some FAQ's on the gallery and other items on the site going forward.
