Give me your puter specs Blong and I'll compare them to mine. It gets bound up when in outdoor maps with lots of activity. But I've only tried single player, not Multiplayer.

aaahh ok I have only played MP and not SP. anywhoo

Gigabyte 6800gt 256 card (I think yours is the 128??)
amd 3800+ processor. I dont remember what yours is.
2 gigs of ram
74g raptor drive.

I thought the game needed 512 vid card to run?

I have a 512 card smiley and the game really taxes the card on the outdoor maps... especially the one called Overgrown. I swear I smell smoke when that map loads up.

nope box says min required is 128mb nvidia 6600. I dont have any stuttering or anything with the 6800gt card I have at 1280x1024 but again I hvent tried sp on the pc. Since beating it for the 360 I have no interest in trying to beat it on the pc.

Yupper - we are close in spec Blong.

BFG 6800gs 256 card
amd 3500+ processor.
2 gigs of ram

I turned it down to 800x600 with nearly everything lowered effects. Maybe MP is not so intensive on the system . . . I'll have to give it a try on gaming night

Thanks for the offer DMW, but I'm still working on my request to management. I have a newer ASUS Crosshair mobo with an AM2 socket, 2GB of RAM, and a 7800GT 256MB video card. So a new CPU, PS, and Hard Drive is really all I need now If the Govm't sends me my $1200 I'll immediately place it back into the retail stream to stimulate the economy

I use and ATI 1950 with 256. It runs it ok, but I do have to turn the Res. down a but to cut out the clipping.

and single player runs decent at I think 800x600,
medium or higher.

P4 3.06 (@3.22Ghz)
Radeon 1650+ 512M
1 Gig rammage

I definately want to try MP,
but my version doesn't support it.
