It was a blast....

The next time though. Doom doesn't get a flack jacket. GG's all. There were alot of names I seen on the board that finally got a chance to play with.

I had a GREAT time. When DMW wasn't on my team, I spent so much time dead that I finally just started trying to sneak through the maps to hunt him down. When I was on his team, I just followed him

Best thing I did last night.....I snuck up on 1813 and knifed him

Doom is a maniac! I don't know why he won't die! In all those maps, I think I only managed to kill him ONE time. I seriously would like to spend some time on a server with you Doomie....I need some help getting used to this game.

So, that was my first time playing multiplayer. I tried to hop on some servers and learn the game before gamenight started, but I had such a learning curve setting the game up that I only got to spend about 30 mins on this one server. The folks on there were nice but I wasn't able to do much because of my n00bness.

I really need a dot for a crosshair, and it messes me up that I can't make the gun disappear. I literally NEVER play MP with the ability to see my weapon.

What was the deal with that game about capturing headquarters? That was psycho!!!! Everytime I figured out where I was supposed to go, I'd get there, die, respawn, head back....and then it MOVED somewhere else!

All in all, I had a blast, and it was so much fun to play with you all again!

It was awesome that you came out and played Dbabe, been soooo long since I have seen you on a server.

Headquarters is a bit screwy like that, but it is a fast paced mode.

There is a CTF mod out that perhaps we could look into if enough people are interested.

For the gun - cg_drawGun “1″ change that to a 0

Wheres the option to auto kill Doom That was a great night, Good to see So many FOS peeps out playing. Venda you have to look behind you every once and a while DB it was great seeing you out playing. DB in Head quarters you have to go and site next to it to capture it. Then you have to defend it so the enemy cant destroy it (Again by sitting next to it). After it is Destroyed or a period of time, it moves to another location. Either team can capture it, definitely keeps the game moving. You should check out some of the other game types as well.

actually try not to sit right next to it or you will find yourself dead quicker. move to a somewhat away from it location that you can fire into where the headquarters are . You live longer that way lol. Yeah doom the only way I could kill him was with the noob tube.
