)#$*(#+$@#$ i had a whole message tapped out and hit the )#$*#_$* wrong button!!! GRRR>!! oh well lets try this again
OK.. I had an AWESOME weekend of riding!!! hit whistler yesterday for 7 hours,.. met up with some friends who are amazing riders, which really helped push my progression.!! I did a whack of stuff I havent done up there before, Im stoked about that after a long day of rippin A-Line and technical trails ( I love thechnical stuff Garbanzo runs are my fave at whistler but that part is not open yet) like schleyer and whistler downhill( was shown some cool lines that make things wayyy faster... :O) saw quite a few bears too!! hehehe my last run was at 8 oclock.. after that I was done.... back to the campsite, lit a small fire,.,. had 2 beers, ate some food and hit the hay.... back to whistler for first chair up at 10 am... did 3.5 runs.. and flated the front tire half way down.. DOH!!! tore the valve stem off the tube!! OH well... i rode the rest of the way down with a flat.. LEAN BACK!! dont touch front brake!! it was cool because the only crash I had, was because I got goin too fast with the flat and caught the edge of the rim and highsided... summer saulting down the hill about 6 times, folowed by my bike.. hopped up laffin at myself fer being a bit TOO much of a "nutjob" hehehe
made it down and then the rain got heavy so I packed it up and headed back to Vancouver to meet up with 5 other buddies. we piled all 6 bikes into my van and went and shuttled seymour.. and again did a bunch of stunts that I had passed on before.. MAN! EPIC riding weekend for me..
LoPo... you gotta make a trip this summer to this neck of the woods...
and CLW.. ( if yer on her yet) I saw a couple dudes in the lift line with FANATIC bike shop jerseys on.. DO you sell the jerseys or do ya have a team.? I will post pics soon... I gotta resize em all before I post em...
Im thinkin we are all gonna go ride squamish next weekend.. BC LIVIN!!! theres nothing better!!

I had a great ride today... found new trails in the canyon we normally hit. Bike handled great. FS is definitely a benefit.

hehe sounds liek you had a blast man... I wish I could come up... I doubt it will happen this summer. Maybe next summer. I need time to plan that one and give myself adequate time.

I'm hitting Mammoth Mtn in July my first real taste of resort style mtn biking I'm excited.

Ya the FS was amazing. We hit some real technical areas and I would've die on my hardtail. We found some nice single track and steep inclines.... and some insane down hill action.
