I had some at a friends place a few weeks ago that tasted like burnt rubber!

Not a fan of liquors really,
and scotch is right up there with tequila.

As for wine, I'm not sure what I like!
I tend to prefer roses and reds,
and whites that are dry. . don't like sweet.
Names tho elude me.

No worries dudio. Tequila is the devil! Oh the things I did when I was younger! Tequila costs me ,what 3 or 4 girlfriend?. Being woken up by your girlfriend with another girl in your sleeping bag doesn't go over well!

Wine enjoyment takes a while my friend. Most people start with the whites and roses.

I've always found that wine helps in a relationship. A nice wine over dinner is a good conversation piece, helps you both relax and enhances a good meal. Beer is for a night out with the guys or watching sports, for romance it's always wine. Wine is all about the enjoyment and not about getting drunk. I know that when I'm with a woman the LAST thing I want is to be drunk. Any guy that reads this I'm sure agrees with me

A well paired wine with the food makes the food taste better and enhances the nuances of the wine. Red wine (in moderation) is also very healthy and picking out the tasting notes is a lot of fun.
HAHA we would but my wife is always pregnant so we have never opened it.

vodka + squirt for me. make it a double.

wine is fun around the holidays but I leave that up to my sister to do the picking rather than risk being scolded for a poor selection. Zinfandel is nice with a bird.

My favorite Red Wine is Rioja. It is very dry. As for White, I like Spatelasse.

The wines are standing up and getting ready for decanting. I'm off to the St Lawrence Market in a few to pick up the ingredients for dinner. It's friggen cold out though so I'm really not looking forward to the walk!
