Looking for a job in Los Angeles

Well, I quit my job. Couldn't take the stress anymore. It was really ****ing me up.

If any of you might know of a job in the computer/telephony/communications industry in this area or any magazine or freelance writing gigs please help a brother out.

I used to be a sys admin for a mid sized company but I am a bit rusty as I've been out of the game for 3 years. But I learn fast and I'm sure once I get back into the swing of things it will all come back to me.

The last few years I've been slangin' phones systems and supervising techs that install them along with CCTV and computer networks. It was more project management than hands on so I haven't been playing around with servers and the like for awhile.

I have a savings that will last me a couple months but I'd rather save it than spend it if you know what I mean.

I posted this on nachos too. I don't think many people from either board are from L.A but hey, ya' never know.

we have a bunch of is positions open but we are in michigan so that dont help you out any lol. we have a plant in california but no openings there.

I'm looking at the L.A area, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey areas. I could go a bit south like around Redondo or Torrance and if the job is good, to the valley even though I can't stand the valley.
