Can't say I blame him for falling asleep. I'd be dozing off too if I had to be on hold for an hour with THE COMPANY I WORK FOR! Idiots.....

that is if that guy was even an employee of comcast.. he's wearing shorts.. not one tech that I have ever had in my house wore shorts! and you cant see any type of uniform to prove he was an employee.. imo I think its just a set up... and then if it was a hired cable contracter.. he doesn't really work for comcast..but for his own company.. if comcast found out.. they would lose thier contract with them

Well work has already started (according to sources I know) on FIOS for a city only 30 minutes from me. I am told I should have it to me by 2008 at the latest . Although that doesnt mean we are ahead of the rest of the world.
