Dooh... I hope that they learn something from this but... big corporations care less about individual customers.. its the bigger picture they seem to care about.

agreed. I've dealt with both and it's no contest...dsl is more evil.

eeh... I've used both... and it's not the technology, it's the providers. Some are good, Some suck ***. Since providers are regional, you can't state that one technology is worse than the other.

I bet that this person is not an Actual Comcast employee but an outsourced company. The Actual Comcast techs that I have dealth with have direct numbers to conctact someone. They maybe waited about 1-2 minutes. That is MAX.

They outsource way to often with a company that hires IDIOTS.
