lol, why wouldnt it be easy? i meant easy in terms of creating a new league...where is vince mcmann. lol, he did the xfl **** and i imagine that was harder to setup than a hockey league and he had to compete with NFL which ultimately made him flop. now if he made a league where there wasnt competition...wouldnt that be a lot easier?

Some of the NHL clubs are already asking for the minor league teams to stop for a full year once err IF there is an agreement this coming year.. That would suck for all those minors league players...


I am even starting to think that group wanting to buy the whole nhl is a good idea.

Gee I remeber hearing a lot of the same talk whem MLB did the same thing. True fans will come back, but it will take a few years to recover from the impact. I agree that the heads of the unions and the commish need to step down. Lets move on and see some hockey

I just want some hockey back!

We're considering buying season tickets to our local ECHL team's games. I guess we will anyways whether NHL returns or not, since San Diego doesn't have a pro team and driving up to LA a bunch of times doesn't sound like a good time.

bigger goals = bad
Doing something to enable automatic icing or removing blue lines = good.

It would be very similar to roller hockey.... play was FAST when the RHI was around.
