XPize - Replaces default Windows XP theme and replaces all the icons included with XP with much more up to date look and they just generally are easier to get what the icon is representing quicker.
Rocket Dock - That's the neat little dock at top, rocket dock is about the best free version of such a tool I've found yet.
Rainlendar - Provides the calendar, ToDo, and Events in the bottom right.
Rainmeter - Provides the RSS Feeds and Weather, has more options if you want such as system information.
