Yeah, we all felt it at my office here in West L.A. I don't think it was big enough for anyone to get hurt though thankfully.

I felt that one here in San Diego. We were eating lunch, and my friend says, 'wow, is that an earthquake?' We ate, swayed a bit, then I said, 'yeah, must be a big one far away for it to go on so long.' It's odd to feel them down here, since we really don't get them. I used to live up in the Riverside/San Bernardino area. I guess that one was up there.

well what's funny, is we had our monthly "Town Hall Meeting" this morning at 10AM. This meeting is when everyone who can make it crowds into our training room and we teleconference in our 3 remote sites. We talk about the previous month's successes personally and companywise. We also get to ask questions during or submit them prior that our CEO, who leads the meeting, talks about.

Well I submitted mine yesterday, and said "With the sizeable earthquakes off the Cal. coast Tuesday evening and the one last week near Palm Springs, does Company Name have a plan if a large earthquake affects us locally. I know we have the "find your nearest exit plan" but do we have or plan to have anything more. "

What's funny is after the quake ended, people ran over to me yelling "You jinxed us!!!" "Couldn't you've waited until next month!"
My phone was ringing consistantly for the next few minutes.

aaah, I didn't jinx us people, I merely saw the signs and predicted it.

We're ok here though, the location of Yucaipa, CA is about 60 miles from here.

I felt a 5.2 once in San Francisco, it was wierd, we were walking down the street and all of sudden my body kind of jerked to the side. I almost fell down but I hit a wall. My cousin told me, btw, that was an earthquake that made you lose your balance.....

Scared the hell out of me to no end.....

Scary, I remember a few years ago there was a big scare here that the fault in the southern part of Missouri would cause a very large earthquake.

That's the second large one I've heard of now in two days near or in Cali. Hope nothing bad happens to you guys.
