I was thinking about trying to get some Demo Units for a LAN party in the future.

One of the guys on my team, his wife works in the Consumer Laptop group. He showed me the prototype for this one awhile back in his wife's office. Nice desktop replacement unit for sure!

The best feature is the way the Screen is hinged so you can actually use it on a plane. The bottom of the screen moves forward.

Rather horrible option on the video card but not really HP's fault, as the last year in video card technology for laptops was really slow. That would certainly keep me waiting though, as that video card could not drive a game very well even at half the screens resolution.

its a system setup for HD not gaming. Thus the video requirements arent near as high.

Which might have been a reason for the word "me" in my post, just maybe though... Your post also makes no sense in light of the fact that they're going to add a 8800M GTS eventually and even then as far as pure HD playback a even lower end ATi card would be enough as long as it includes AIVO, but then again I seriously doubt you thought that all out.
