Safety pictures -take two
Talk about some stupid things peeps do to get to the area they are working at....
It's a powerpoint file, some of these are unbelievable (and funny but in a wry sort of way)

Heh, I've done some stuff like the ones with ladders and hi-lows and loaders, back when no cameras were being carried by everyone to record it. Plus I was a lot younger then, whatever it took to get the job done.
Ask me sometime about the dozer I lost off a trailer, or the backhoe I tipped over into a trench. We won't mention the dump truck tailgate I went through with a V-blade on a loader . . .

LOL,
Well, as a farm boy yes, I confess I used to do many of those. (like the flatbet trailer with the pieces of wood holding it up, that was just how we used to do things!)
However, some years later, hopefully wiser and with some heavy industrial manufacturing experience, right now I pretty much immediately know what is wrong most of the time.
