hello all I am looking for a place to get a website cuz my children are interested in starting something for them and there friends

well soul my children are 3, 8, and 11 they wanna do a 6-14 age based web site with a forum, games, music and some other stuff something that is safer than myspace and for kids basically by kids. My significant other and I gave them the idea and they wanna go through with it so I am starting the search process for them to find web hosts and then to see what costs and how to do things.
