2 things

#1.
Why won't my address come up on GPS?
The road has been here little over 2 years.
They just started delivering the mail to the driveway 2 months ago, after I went to the post office and asked WTF is going on???
Keep in mind, this is a little po-dunk village, so the postmaster really was there.. ha ha
He said usually not untill the road is 50% occupied.
19 lots and only 7 homes, I guess I did some good hu??
Any way, it was nice of him.

Mapquest, does not show it either.
I'd say GPS, map that your using just is not up to date.
But, Mapquest????? You know they are right up to date with everything.
This is a real pain in the arse when it comes to deliveries (U.P.S. / FedEx) they end up calling and saying where the Hay-ell are you.

I used an address of the guy on the next road, right at the corner of my road, and everything worked.

Any ideas??

#2...... More Texas hold-em????
That Black Jack Bastage took all my $$$$$$ Need to see If I can take some of yours!!

GPS's are normally a year behind in mapping or more. Drop an email to the mapping company (example NAVTEQ) make them aware of your street. I'd bet money it will be in the next map update.

Ok, Google maps has it.
Street is shown, and snap to satellite and the picture is before my house was even built.
So, does that mean that it's been in their system for a couple of years?
And still not mapquest????

I think MadD may have a good point!!
Might just have to try it.

Just does not figure to me, after this long.
And now google has it??

I really didn't care about the UPS guy.
One of my relatives came over for Easter, she had never been here, and could not find the house using her Tom-Tom.
And her Dad got her the GPS for Christmas.... yes, this year!!
