If you like role playing games that are text based this game is very cool.

It starts out kind of slow but gets much, much more difficult after you gain Level 5.

Hey! Is this the same sorta thing as Legend of the Red Dragon? I used to play that way back when I first started doing the computer thing at a local BBS up in the U.P. It had some pretty wierd stuff you could do. Wish I could remember the name of the guy that created that game. I know it but CRS seems to be kicking in at the moment. I suppose I should check out the link before I post this. Hehe, Seth Able's the guy alright. Guess I'll have to check this one out...Red Dragon got pretty perverted at times.

Not yet. I've been digging ditches on the farm this week so my gumption titer is pretty low lately. I'll probably look into it this weekend. My handle will more than likely be some derivative of Barney...It'll be obvious.

A little advice. You will start out on the Island of Wen. This is the training area and you will be there until you reach level 5. The monsters are easy to beat and if you die you are immediately brought back to life. You won't lose any gold or experience points when you die either.

That all changes when you leave the island though and you will be forced to do so when you gain level 5. When you leave the island put all your money in the bank before venturing into the forest because if you get killed now you will lose it all. Also, when you have exhausted all of your turns for the day deposit all your money in the bank. Players can attack other players and this will happen when you are logged out. Someone stronger than you will attack you and take your cash so put it in the bank.

Also...don't fight your master until he forces you to...this way you can build up lots of gold to buy better weapons and armor.
