cheese, you once asked me what glass beading was
well, it's pretty much sand blasting only instead of using aluminum oxide dust (or silicon carbide, etc...), you use glass bead
it's meant for a more specialized abrasive blasting
not regular paint or rust removal
we use it at work to prepare threaded pipe ends for whatever the next process is
be it a copper coating or whatever

annnnnyways, i have absolutely no idea what glass beading an engine is or involves

Ususally used on aluminum, dosen't eat into it like sand does, and still cleans it up nice.

thats what I was gonna say. we use glass beads at work when we want to finish aluminum. everything else we use sand/silicone.
