Retirement Home default map update
If the server crashes now, it should default back to Jb-Addien-Dwy-Gold with Excessive 3.02 enabled.

This to get away from it going back to CTF-FaceClassic all the time.

Took some time to figure out but makes it a little easier since Exc JB is what we play most.

should make the kiddies happy and default it to spacelegos lol j/k dutch thanks for this. at least we wont have to get in and change the map now .
