downloading now but I dont have much hope since wilds computer is faster than mine and hers wont play the game. same video card but a faster processor.

*edit why does it instal ageia graphics stuff?

Metal its a beta demo so there is some tweaking going on. Either way looks like I am dropping my reserve because only my laptop is capable of playing it (wilds computer crash's and my computer just goes to desktop after loading splash screen) even though both our computers exceed minimum requirements.

Blong, did you update all your drivers???? I have it running on ALL my systems with both XP and Vista, the slowest being an AMD 4000+ with an nVidia 7600GS.
All the other systems running it fine are:
AMD X2 3800+ with nVidia 7600GT
AMD X2 4400+ with nVidia 7900GS
Intel Core Duo E4300 with nVidia 7800GS OC
Intel Core Duo Quad Q6600 with nVidia 8800GTS

My son took the file over to a friends house, and it's running fine there on an AMD 3500+ with an nVidia 6600GT, and an AMD 3700+ with an nVidia 7600GS.

your slowest system is faster than my and wilds computers (slower than my laptop though).
I ended up completly removing the video card in hardware settings on my computer. then rebooting and reinstalling newest drivers then rebooting and now it works on my system flawlessly with all settings on low. now im going to try that with wilds computer..... at least I now have 2 computers that it works on .

yeah too bad it looks like crap. reminds me of back in the quake 1 days how it was all pixely. only way I could get it to play decent though.

I have plenty of system to handle the game and it looks like complete crap for me. I can't get the res to change beyond 800x600, once I change it the games just goes to not responding, and I have the newest drivers. Far to many other things to play with out dealing with that.

Uninstall worked well, I will try the non-beta demo when it comes out.
