UT3 Demo Download

Got it installed and configed on my rig, was working installing it on on suki's (damn kernel crash) when I discovered that UT3 will not play on an FX5200 card. DOH! Just ordered him an XFX GeForce 6800 Xtreme / 256MB GDDR3 / AGP 8x / Dual DVI / HDTV / Video Card from tigerdirect. This will probably be the last upgrade to his rig before just building a new rig from the ground up. Jumping on UT3 now!

funny its in the list of cards that can play it.

0x0322=0,GeForce FX 5200
0x0321=0,GeForce FX 5200 Ultra
0x0323=0,GeForce FX 5200LE

however your not the only one with a kernel crash.

Did you try

Change the line 
bInitializeShadersOnDemand=False
to 
bInitializeShadersOnDemand=True
