I thought it came on when u were typing, or maybe that was Quake 3

Yeah, the yellow one came on when you were typing. Thanks for doing the google search, I'd checked a few forums and it's so obscure it's just hard to find. I've seen many a server that has this mod. So much so I thought it was a game option in the server control panel but .... still searching. It doesn't affect game play much anyhow.
