X1950XTX, X1900XTX but with GDDR4 memory running at 2.0Ghz. It also comes with a new heatsink (which is much quieter than the old and runs cooler), around 10% bump in performance depending on if you want straight improvments FPS wise or to bump up lets say your AA settings.
X1650 Pro, every day X1600 series with faster clocks. Fastest X16xx card right now and only $99, heck of a bargin.
X1300XT is not a X1300 at all..... kinda. While given the model name its actually an X1600 core. At first you think this is a bargin, but coming in at $89 its not really at all. Just go for the X1650 Pro at that price range, its certainly worth the extra $10.

Slower but more features. Not a lot slower, but not worth the change.
Really the only thing the X1600 can do that the 6800GT cant is HDR+AA or HQAF, neither of which the X1600 is powerful enough to be usable.
The card you're going to be really interested in the X1950Pro, RV570. Nearly as powerful as the X1900XT 256MB but coming in at much lower price point of $200. Its still a little off though.

2.0Ghz effective, there is no "right" way to say it from my knowledge.

From your Beyond3d article: "Memory Speed 1000Mhz"
However, in DDR world that equates to 2000Mhz, so you"re right.

One day I will replace that 6600GT of mine. Until I again play a game it won't be for awhile
