Yes, all X1K cards have angle independent AF, which is the HQAF. How long have you had that card and not used that feature? Lol.

Adaptive AA performs AA on alpha textures. Mainly that would consist of items such as leaves and foliage in a game such as BF 2142. It should actually do a pretty nice job of increasing the image quality a bit further. I would experiment with it and see what you think. There's potential for a bit of a performance drop but I would imagine you're okay with the X1950 Pro. You might want to try using 4xAA with the highest quality adaptive AA turned on and 16xHQAF.
